Coordinating Committee

Η The Coordinating Committee oversees and coordinates the operation of the Postgraduate Programme. It is chaired by the Programme Director and comprises faculty members or Professors Emeriti of the School of Medicine whose academic expertise is relevant to the Programme and who are actively involved in its teaching. Committee members are appointed by decision of the Assembly of the School of Medicine.

Its responsibilities include:

Submitting recommendations to the Assembly regarding the allocation of teaching duties, the appointment of visiting professors, and amendments to the curriculum.
Conducting the student admissions selection process and preparing the applicant evaluation and ranking list.
Reviewing student requests and applications and submitting relevant recommendations to the Assembly.
Preparing the Programme's annual budget and financial report, as well as approving Programme expenditures.
Utilising the findings of internal evaluations and student feedback to support the continuous improvement of the Postgraduate Programme.
