The Academic Calendar of the Master’s Programme in “Breast Diseases” establishes the timeframe and schedule for each academic year, ensuring the smooth delivery of the Programme’s educational activities. It includes:
The start and end dates of teaching for each semester.
The regular examination periods, as well as the September resit examination period.
Official public holidays and academic breaks.
The academic year is divided into an autumn and a spring semester, each comprising at least 13 weeks of teaching and 3 weeks of examinations.
Organisation & Programme Duration
Each new intake begins its studies in the autumn semester and completes the Programme over three (3) academic semesters.
The Programme’s structure allows two cohorts of students to study concurrently during each autumn semester: newly admitted students undertaking their first semester and students from the previous intake completing their third semester (preparation of the Master’s Thesis).
