Quality Objectives
&
Indicators
The quality objectives of the Postgraduate Programme in Breast Diseases are established annually. They include measurable objectives, each accompanied by a performance indicator, a baseline value and a target value, as well as specific actions, designated responsible persons and an implementation timeline. The objectives are organised into five strategic areas:
• Academic Operations: graduation rate, timely completion of Master's theses, and student and graduate participation in internal evaluation.
• Έρευνα: research output of teaching staff, student participation in scientific publications and research conferences.
• Engagement with Society and the Labour Market: outreach and engagement activities, and networking with graduates.
• Internationalisation: visiting professors from abroad, participation in the CIVIS European University Alliance and the Erasmus+ Programme.
• Infrastructure and Support Services: digital services, equipment, administrative staffing and accessibility.
Progress towards achieving the objectives is assessed at the end of each year. Where an objective has not been achieved, corrective measures are planned and incorporated into the objectives for the following year.
