Administrative Support
& Secretariat
The administrative and technical operations of the Postgraduate Programme in Breast Diseases are supported by a specialised team with clearly defined roles and responsibilities:
-
Secretariat:
The Secretariat is responsible for managing applications and enrolments, maintaining student records and the Master's thesis archive, issuing certificates and official documents, and ensuring regular communication with students and teaching staff. It also organises courses on the e-Class platform, publishes announcements, maintains the minutes of Coordinating Committee meetings, and assists the Programme Director with the financial administration of the Programme.
-
Technical Support:
During synchronous online teaching sessions, a technical support specialist is present throughout each session. The specialist manages the videoconferencing platform, audio settings, and presentation of educational materials, ensuring the smooth and uninterrupted delivery of teaching.
-
Scientific Collaborators:
Scientific collaborators provide guidance and support to students throughout the preparation and writing of their Master's thesis, in collaboration with their respective thesis supervisors.
-
External Collaborators:
External collaborators are responsible for the technical maintenance of the Programme's website and the digital promotion of its academic activities and achievements. Where required, they also undertake the planning, coordination, and implementation of Programme initiatives and projects.
